Defeating the Sorceress in Spyro Reignited
Unlocking the Boss Fight
To unlock the Sorceress Lair Boss Fight, you must first defeat the Sorceress in the Sorceress' Lair level. Additionally, you must achieve 100% completion in the level by collecting all the gems and defeating all the enemies.
The Boss Fight
The Sorceress Lair Boss Fight consists of two phases. In the first phase, the Sorceress will fly around and fire energy blasts at Spyro. To avoid her attacks, move quickly and stay out of her line of fire. You can also use Spyro's flame breath to damage her. Once the Sorceress has only a third of her health left, Agent 9 will shoot down the best vehicle. This will give you a chance to attack the Sorceress directly. Use Spyro's charge attack and flame breath to quickly take her down. In the second phase, the Sorceress will become enraged and her attacks will become more powerful. She will also summon adds that will attack Spyro. Defeat the adds quickly so that you can focus on the Sorceress. Once you have defeated the Sorceress, you will be rewarded with the Superflame ability. This ability allows Spyro to breathe a stream of fire that is more powerful than his normal fire breath.
